2. Scope of Services<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Wellerman Supply provides crew supplies including, but not limited to, snacks, beverages, supplements, personal essentials, and related products for seafarers. Services are provided exclusively during vessel port stays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Ordering Process<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  • Orders are placed by contacting our sales representative via WhatsApp.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Customers select products and quantities from the provided catalogue.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • An order summary is shared with the customer for review and confirmation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Orders become binding only after the customer approves the order summary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    4. Pricing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    • All prices are communicated clearly before payment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Prices may vary depending on product availability, port conditions, or operational factors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Wellerman Supply reserves the right to update prices before order confirmation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      5. Payment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      • Payments are completed through a secure online payment link.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Wellerman Supply does not store or process credit card information directly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        6. Delivery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        Deliveries are made to the vessel or designated dock area during port stays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Delivery times depend on port schedules, vessel operations, customs, and local authority procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Wellerman Supply is not responsible for delays caused by port authorities, customs, weather conditions, or other force majeure events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        The customer is responsible for ensuring correct vessel and docking information is provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        elivery shall be made to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • The vessel,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • The vessel\u2019s appointed agent, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Another delivery point designated by the Customer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          Once the products are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            \n
          • Delivered to the vessel \/ agent and<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Accepted by the authorized recipient,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            the order shall be deemed successfully completed<\/strong>, and risk transfers to the Customer<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Delays or non-delivery caused by:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              \n
            • Port regulations,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Customs procedures,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • ISPS rules,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Vessel schedule changes,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Agent restrictions,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

              shall not give rise to any right of compensation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              7. Cancellations & Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
                \n
              • Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Once an order has been dispatched or delivered, cancellations and refunds are not applicable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Refunds may be considered only in cases of incorrect or defective items caused by Wellerman Supply.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                8. Right of Withdrawal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                In accordance with Turkish Consumer Law No. 6502, the right of withdrawal does not apply<\/strong> to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                • Food, beverages, supplements, and consumables,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Hygienic or personal care products,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Products delivered onboard vessels and accepted by crew,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Products prepared or bundled specifically for the Customer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                  For eligible products, the withdrawal period is 14 days<\/strong>, provided that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original condition;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • The request is submitted in writing within the legal period.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                    Return shipping costs shall be borne by the Customer unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    9. Product Responsibility<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
                      \n
                    • Products are delivered sealed and in compliance with standard safety requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • Wellerman Supply is not responsible for improper storage or misuse of products after delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • Supplements and consumable products are used at the customer\u2019s own discretion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                      10. Intellectual Property<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                      All website content, catalogues, images, logos, texts, and designs are the intellectual property of Wellerman Supply. Any unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      11. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                      Wellerman Supply shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, delays beyond its control, or losses arising from incorrect information provided by the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      12. Privacy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                      Personal data is processed in accordance with Turkish KVKK Law No. 6698<\/strong> and applicable regulations.

                      13. Governing Law<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                      This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of T\u00fcrkiye<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      For disputes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      • Consumer Arbitration Committees (where applicable),<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                      • Turkish Consumer Courts,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                      • Or Turkish Civil Courts of First Instance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                        shall have jurisdiction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                        14. Amendments<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
