These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Wellerman Supply website and services. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Company Information

Business Activity: Ship crew supply services
Service Area: Port deliveries to vessels during port stays

2. Scope of Services

Wellerman Supply provides crew supplies including, but not limited to, snacks, beverages, supplements, personal essentials, and related products for seafarers. Services are provided exclusively during vessel port stays.

3. Ordering Process

  • Orders are placed by contacting our sales representative via WhatsApp.
  • Customers select products and quantities from the provided catalogue.
  • An order summary is shared with the customer for review and confirmation.
  • Orders become binding only after the customer approves the order summary.

4. Pricing

  • All prices are communicated clearly before payment.
  • Prices may vary depending on product availability, port conditions, or operational factors.
  • Wellerman Supply reserves the right to update prices before order confirmation.

5. Payment

  • Payments are completed through a secure online payment link.
  • Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
  • Wellerman Supply does not store or process credit card information directly.

6. Delivery

Deliveries are made to the vessel or designated dock area during port stays.

Delivery times depend on port schedules, vessel operations, customs, and local authority procedures.

Wellerman Supply is not responsible for delays caused by port authorities, customs, weather conditions, or other force majeure events.

The customer is responsible for ensuring correct vessel and docking information is provided.

  • The vessel,
  • The vessel’s appointed agent, or
  • Another delivery point designated by the Customer.

Once the products are:

  • Delivered to the vessel / agent and
  • Accepted by the authorized recipient,

the order shall be deemed successfully completed, and risk transfers to the Customer.

Delays or non-delivery caused by:

  • Port regulations,
  • Customs procedures,
  • ISPS rules,
  • Vessel schedule changes,
  • Agent restrictions,

shall not give rise to any right of compensation.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch.
  • Once an order has been dispatched or delivered, cancellations and refunds are not applicable.
  • Refunds may be considered only in cases of incorrect or defective items caused by Wellerman Supply.

8. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Turkish Consumer Law No. 6502, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Food, beverages, supplements, and consumables,
  • Hygienic or personal care products,
  • Products delivered onboard vessels and accepted by crew,
  • Products prepared or bundled specifically for the Customer.

For eligible products, the withdrawal period is 14 days, provided that:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original condition;
  • The request is submitted in writing within the legal period.

Return shipping costs shall be borne by the Customer unless otherwise agreed.

9. Product Responsibility

  • Products are delivered sealed and in compliance with standard safety requirements.
  • Wellerman Supply is not responsible for improper storage or misuse of products after delivery.
  • Supplements and consumable products are used at the customer’s own discretion.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, catalogues, images, logos, texts, and designs are the intellectual property of Wellerman Supply. Any unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

Wellerman Supply shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, delays beyond its control, or losses arising from incorrect information provided by the customer.

12. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with Turkish KVKK Law No. 6698 and applicable regulations.

13. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

For disputes:

  • Consumer Arbitration Committees (where applicable),
  • Turkish Consumer Courts,
  • Or Turkish Civil Courts of First Instance

shall have jurisdiction.

14. Amendments

Wellerman Supply reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be published on this page.
