By placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms outlined below.


2. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of our products and delivery model, returns are limited.

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Food, beverages, supplements, and consumables.
  • Personal care items or hygiene products.
  • Items delivered onboard vessels after acceptance by the crew.
  • Products purchased as part of a bundle, unless the entire bundle is defective.

3. Non-Returnable Situations

Refunds or returns will not be issued if:

  • The customer changes their mind after delivery.
  • Delivery is delayed due to port restrictions, vessel schedules, customs, or agent-related issues.
  • The vessel departs before delivery completion after order confirmation.
  • Incorrect delivery details were provided by the customer.

4. Delivery Acceptance

Once the order is:

  • Delivered to the vessel, agent, or designated pickup point and
  • Accepted by the recipient,

the order is considered successfully completed, and no return or refund will be possible except for proven defects.


5. Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
  • Processing time may take 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider.
  • Shipping, handling, and service fees are non-refundable.

6. Reporting an Issue

To request a refund or report a problem, customers must contact us via:

  • Email or WhatsApp stated on our website

The request must include:

  • Order number
  • Clear description of the issue
  • Photo evidence (if applicable)

Failure to provide this information may result in rejection of the request.


7. Legal Notice

This policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws to the extent permitted for distance sales involving port-based and vessel-related deliveries.
